Tena King Program Manager, The Gadsden Center tking@ccs.ua.edu 256/546-2886, ext. 22 Tena is from Anniston, Alabama. She attended Jacksonville State University and earned a BA in Political Science, MS in Education in Secondary Education, and MS in Counselor Education. Prior to working at UA, Tena spent fourteen years working with various nonprofit organizations, including Project GRAD Los Angeles. Currently, she is the Program Manager at the Gadsden Center. Her primary duties include marketing, public relations, recruiting, and student services. She is currently working on her EdD in Higher Education Administration here at UA. In her spare time, she enjoys lifting weights, doing spin class, running, riding her Harley and relaxing with friends and family. |

David graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1987 with a BS in Computer Information Systems. He started working at The University of Alabama Gadsden Center as the Technology Coordinator in 2002. David’s responsibilities include anything at UA Gadsden that is related to technology. He is married to Kelly and they have two wonderful children. David enjoys baseball, camping, hiking, and spending time with his family. |

Pam Logsdon Advising and Certification Officer, The Gadsden Center pflogsdon@ccs.ua.edu 256/546-2886, ext. 21 Pam is originally from Georgia. She has lived in Alabama for the past eleven years. She earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Music Education from The University of Georgia and has taught music for grades K-12 in both public and private schools. Prior to coming to the Gadsden Center, she worked in the Teacher Service Center at Jacksonville State University. At The Gadsden Center, she is the College of Education liaison and handles teacher certification. She is married and has two children and one very spoiled, overweight cat! |

Mary Maddox Senior Finance Clerk., The Gadsden Center mmaddox@ccs.ua.edu 256/546-2886, ext. 24 Mary is from Etowah County. She has been with The University of Alabama Gadsden Center since 1997, where she is Senior Finance Clerk and "ring leader". In her spare time she loves to read, watch her favorite football team (the Auburn Tigers), vacation, and spend time with her family and friends. She is married and has two wonderful daughters, two dogs and one cat. |

Roger Woodard Gadsden Center Assistant, The Gadsden Center rwoodard@ccs.ua.edu 256/546-2886, ext. 25 Roger is originally from Winston County and has been with The University of Alabama since 1998. Working evenings and weekends, Roger spends a lot of one-on-one time with both faculty and students. His duties involve an interesting mix of student services, administrative support, technology support in the evenings and on Saturdays to accommodate classes, website administration, providing faculty development opportunities, coordinating textbook orders, and various other duties. He's earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from UA, and is now pursuing his PhD in Instructional Technology. Roger's personal life revolves around his three dogs - two Rat terriers and also a Boston terrier he recently rescued.

Donna Pickard Office Associate, The Gadsden Center dpickard@ccs.ua.edu 256/546-2886, ext. 23 Donna is from Hokes Bluff, Alabama. She attended The University of Alabama in Birmingham and completed her degree in Medical Records Administration. She worked as a transplant coordinator with The University of Alabama Hospitals until her husband’s job transferred them to Gadsden. She has been with The University of Alabama Gadsden Center since January 2001. Donna's primary responsibilities are student services, recruiting, testing, and coordinating events. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Affairs with The University of Alabama and is currently working on her Master of Arts degree in Consumer Conflict Management, Negotiation and Mediation. She is married, has two grown children, one granddaughter, and a spoiled dog that did not get the memo that he is a dog! |
